Delivery
UK DELIVERY
Orders within the UK qualify for our free delivery service. We dispatch orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery, a next day service guaranteed before 1pm. All parcels are insured against loss or theft. We urge all our customers to inspect the parcel for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.
You will be sent a confirmation email on the day of dispatch. Upon delivery, you will need to ensure you or someone you trust is available to accept and sign for the parcel.
A £15 charge is applicable for Saturday delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYWe offer a free international delivery service for all purchases worth over £500. If the total value of the order is under £500 a £40 delivery charge applies.
If the delivery charge to the country of destination exceeds £40, we will contact you for payment of the excess amount. All items are insured against loss or theft and we urge customers to inspect the parcel for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.
All international orders are sent using FedEx Priority. We may use other courier services if FedEx Priority is not available. Delivery with FedEx usually takes between 3-5 working days.
A signature will be required and if you are not available to accept the parcel FedEx will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange.
Following dispatch, we will send you a tracking reference so you can check the progress of your parcel online.
Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Diamond Boutique has no control over these charges and we suggest consulting with your local customs office if you are unfamiliar with the charge that will apply.
DELIVERY OF IN-STOCK ITEMSStock items will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order. If you need it immediately please contact us before 3pm on the day of order by email or telephone and we will arrange next day delivery, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
Common ring sizes usually in stock are J, K, L, M, N, O and P. Wedding bands, solitaire engagement rings, and eternity rings are usually made to order.
PRE-ORDER ITEMSPre-order items are dispatched between 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order. If you require the item immediately we can fast track the order for an additional fee of £60. Using this service you have the guarantee that your item will be dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order.
If you are not completely satisfied we will send you a full refund, terms and condition apply. Ring sizes below H and above Y are made to order and are non-returnable.
