We’ve spent time (sometimes designing and) creating your perfect piece of jewellery for you. We have to make sure that it arrives to you in the same perfect condition that we sent it. We also want to make sure that it arrives in good time as we know how exciting it is to receive a piece of jewellery that you have been waiting for. We generally use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service to get our parcels to our customers. Below is some information about our delivery process and our returns process in the very rare instance that you should need to return your item. Your order will usually arrive within 4 weeks of you ordering it.
DELIVERY - UK DELIVERYOrders within the UK qualify for our free delivery service. We dispatch orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery, a next day service guaranteed before 1pm. All parcels are insured against loss or theft. We urge all our customers to inspect the parcel for damage or tampering before signing for receipt. You will be sent a confirmation email on the day of dispatch. Upon delivery, you will need to ensure you or someone you trust is available to accept and sign for the parcel.
A £25 charge is applicable for Saturday delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYWe offer a free international delivery service for all purchases worth over £500. If the total value of the order is under £500 a £40 delivery charge applies.
If the delivery charge to the country of destination exceeds £40, we will contact you for payment of the excess amount. All items are insured against loss or theft and we urge customers to inspect the parcel for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.
All international orders are sent using FedEx Priority. We may use other courier services if FedEx Priority is not available. Delivery with FedEx usually takes between 3-5 working days.
A signature will be required and if you are not available to accept the parcel, FedEx will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange.
Following dispatch, we will send you a tracking reference so you can check the progress of your parcel online.
Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.Diamond Boutique has no control over these charges and we suggest consulting with your local customs office if you are unfamiliar with the charge that will apply.
RETURNSAll of our jewellery is made to order. We sell two types of jewellery items, jewellery from our online shop and bespoke jewellery. Our jewellery from our online shop can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Our bespoke designs are non-returnable (see below for further information on this).
JEWELLERY FROM OUR ONLINE SHOPWe have an excellent returns policy. If you find that something does not feel right with your order please let us know within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. We will process all refunds within 7 working days, subject to receipt and inspection.
We cannot accept returns that have been worn, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet our return requirements according to Diamond Boutique's sole discretion.
All returns must be sent as received, in its original packaging. Diamond Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please email us if you wish to return an item and we will send you instructions on how to do this.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings.
The return policy is not applicable for items that have been altered/ customised e.g. engraving etc.
EXCHANGING THE ITEM FOR ANOTHER IS EASYExchanges are processed and dispatched within 7 working days, subject to availability.
In the unlikely event an exchange is not possible, we will issue a full refund. See terms above.
An exchange when the replacement product is of greater value of the original order will require any excess amount to be paid to Diamond Boutique before dispatch. Exchanges where the replacement item is lower in value, we will reimburse the difference.
The exchange policy is not applicable for items that have been altered/ customised e.g. ring sizing, engraving etc.
BESPOKE RETURNS/RESOLUTIONSOur bespoke service is non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we will work very hard with all of our clients to ensure 100% satisfaction with all of our products and specifically our bespoke designs. If there are any issues with your item of jewellery, please contact us to find a satisfactory solution. We are always willing to repair or rectify any issues with our jewellery. We will always replace a stone or make minor alterations to ensure you love your item.
