Returns

YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND

We have an excellent returns policy. If you find that something does not feel right with your order please let us know within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. We will process all refunds within 7 working days, subject to receipt and inspection. 

We cannot accept returns that have been worn, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet our return requirements according to Diamond Boutique's sole discretion.

All returns must be sent as received, in its original packaging. Diamond Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please email us if you wish to return an item and we will send you instructions on how to do this.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings.

The return policy is not applicable for items that have been altered/ customised e.g. ring sizing, engraving etc.

EXCHANGING THE ITEM FOR ANOTHER IS EASY

Exchanges are processed and dispatched within 7 working days, subject to availability. 

In the unlikely event an exchange is not possible, we will issue a full refund. See terms above. 

Exchanges have to be of the same or greater value of the original order.  Any excess amount will have to be paid to Diamond Boutique before dispatch.

The exchange policy is not applicable for items that have been altered/ customised e.g. ring sizing, engraving etc.
